GHRP-2
The burned-in captions and transcript carry the scientific claims and their limitations. The visuals are conceptual illustrations, not validated molecular models or experimental images. The video has no voice or audio. The full explanation is visible on screen; optional accessible captions are available in the player.
Read every result in its study context. A cell experiment, animal model, exploratory analysis and controlled human trial answer different questions.

Transcript
GHRP-2 | Human physiology research
GHRP-2 is a growth hormone secretagogue: researchers use it to investigate hormone release and related physiology. A larger hormone response does not automatically predict better health. [1]
HUMAN EXPERIMENT | Seven participants
In a small randomized, double-blind experiment, seven healthy men received GHRP-2 or saline. Investigators measured growth hormone and food intake during a laboratory meal. [1]
Measured: appetite and hormone response
The GHRP-2 condition increased food intake and growth hormone. These short-term results concern appetite and endocrine responses, rather than recovery or muscle performance. [1]
A hormone peak cannot rank clinical benefit
The limited sample and acute design leave longer-term effects unresolved. Clinical benefits and safety cannot be ranked from a hormone peak alone. [1]
