No incidence table reproduced or regimen comparison recommended. Phase-specific safety evidence is limited and does not establish long-term or research-product safety.
Safety tables deserve more attention than the phrase “well tolerated.” In the published eloralintide phase 2 study, nausea and fatigue were among the most common reported adverse events. Their occurrence differed between study groups. Earlier phase 1 observations came from a different design and cannot simply substitute for the later safety experience. An event is not automatically a proven reaction
A treatment-emergent adverse event happens during a defined observation period. Investigators then consider severity, seriousness, timing and whether treatment may have contributed. “Serious” has a regulatory meaning related to outcomes such as hospitalization; it is not a synonym for “felt very unpleasant.” Conversely, a non-serious event can still make treatment unacceptable to a participant.
A percentage also needs its denominator. A few events in a small group can produce a large percentage with wide uncertainty. Differences between groups may reflect chance, exposure, participant characteristics or the way a regimen was studied. Sorting percentages from lowest to highest does not establish a safe regimen.

The most informative questions concern duration, recurrence, missed treatment, discontinuation and recovery. Did participants leave the study, or merely stop the investigational medicine while continuing follow-up? Were events collected systematically? Were important groups excluded from enrollment? These details help show how much remains unknown.
Short trials are poorly positioned to exclude rare or delayed harms. Absence of a reported event is therefore not proof that it cannot occur. Safety is assessed across a development program, and the result applies to the tested product rather than to material sold under the same molecular name.
AXON presents these reports as evidence to interpret, not reassurance that unsupervised use is safe. Persistent or severe symptoms in someone taking any medication warrant assessment by their clinician rather than comparison with an online trial table.
