NAD+: Follow the Measurement AXON Research Institute • AXON Peptide affiliation Educational draft • Scientific + legal review pending Silent film with full on-screen captions. Conceptual illustrations, not molecular structures. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy reactions. Its essential biological role does not, by itself, establish benefits from adding more. A 2019 pilot study assigned eleven men to NAD+ or saline and tracked blood and urine chemistry around a six-hour research infusion. Researchers observed changes in NAD+ and related metabolites. That answers questions about what happens to the compound, rather than whether people live longer. The study was small and brief. It cannot establish lasting improvements in energy, cognition or aging, or reliably detect uncommon and delayed harms. END CARD Educational draft. Not medical advice. This is a metabolism study, not evidence for longevity, cognition or generalized wellness claims. Short-term tolerability in a small pilot cannot exclude uncommon or delayed risks.
